Your Western Bancorp team will do all we can to provide an efficient process and timely closings. In return please follow these requirements to avoid loan and/or lock cancellations:

Action Agreement Resources
File Receipt/New Registrations A registered loan must have the submission package uploaded to the Vault within 24 hours Western Bancorp Vault (requires Internet Explorer version 7.0 or newer)

Registration Forms

Appraisal Orders and Timing 30 day locks: appraisals must be ordered within 24 hours of lock.

45 day locks: appraisals must be ordered within 72 hours of lock.

Approved loans in a float status (un-locked): appraisals must be ordered within 10 business days of loan approval.

Releasing Closing Documents There must be a minimum of 7 business days remaining until lock expiration to release closing documents and will be automatically extended if necessary. Document Request Form
